Beef stew




*ingredients:


°2 tablespoons of olive oil.

°2 lbs beef bouillon cubes.

°2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour.

°4 cups of water.

°2 cups beef broth.

°Half a teaspoon of salt.

°A teaspoon of ground black pepper.

°4 cups of chopped potatoes.

°2 cups of chopped carrots.

°1 teaspoon dried rosemary.

°1 cup of fresh corn kernels.

°1 cup fresh green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces.

°1 cup chopped kale (optional).

°2 c fresh tomatoes (optional).


*Directions:


In a large saucepan, heat the oil and stir in the beef and flour until browned.

Pour in the water and broth, and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.

Mix the potatoes, carrots, and rosemary and simmer for another 1 to 2 hours.

Mix the corn and green beans and simmer for 30 minutes.
